Client Reviews
“I knew close to nothing about Pilates when I began working with Maddie. But she taught me with kindness, patience and compassion. She never made me feel embarrassed (though I probably should have been!) and always gave me a great deal of encouragement. Her warm, bubbly personality and ready smile created a happy, inviting environment.” —MS
“She pushes me to work hard, makes sure I actually stretch even when I try to skip it, and always knows exactly when to encourage me just a little more. I have become stronger and more toned training with her, but I have also gained so much confidence. Maddie has such a special energy that makes you feel supported, capable, and proud of yourself.” —SK
“Her classes are challenging but approachable, and she does a great job offering adjustments so everyone can work at their own level. The biggest benefit for me has been how much it has helped my golf game. The focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and controlled movement has improved my rotation and overall mobility in my swing.” —BS
About Maddie
Maddie discovered Pilates in 2015 while recovering from a tailbone and low back injury. As a lifelong tennis player, she found Pilates not only eased her pain but also improved her performance on the court. After earning her degree in Digital Media Production from Butler University, Maddie worked in the film industry in Los Angeles. She later returned to her hometown in Indiana, where she combined her passion for movement and mental wellness by completing her comprehensive Pilates certification with Polestar Pilates.
